This adorable Heart Queen tutu dress is great for an Alice in Wonderland theme party, halloween costume or just for fun! This tutu dress is made with a black stretch crochet tube top then I add layers of fluffy red, white and gold tulle with glitter tulle mixed throughout - just to add some sparkle. A white tulle collar (attached with Velcro so it can be adjusted or removed) and a red glitter heart with pearl trim embellishment on the top along with red glitter heart embellishments on the front of the dress then topped off with an over-sized black and white checkered bow with a red rose in the center. This costume also comes with a gold foam glitter crown (6in H) attached to an elastic cord and a glitter foam heart scepter with white pearl trim around the edge.
